GoGo Foundation has been operating RTI help desk at its office. This initiative aims at empowering people on benefits of use of RTI as a tool to resolve their problems related to service delivery and assisting people in drafting RTI requests and help them file such applications at relevant public agencies. As drafting applications and filing them in the public bodies is a bit technical task, the help desk initiative targets people who are least aware of such technicalities.
GoGo Foundation provides these services free. The people longing for these services can either physically approach to the help desk or ring up at 9841-220166 for the services or can also email us at email@example.com. The emails are responded as quickly as possible on the basis of first come first serve. GoGo Foundation encourages people to use this free service to resolve their grievances, complaints and problems related to service delivery and any other sector mandated by Right to Information Act-2007.
